Description
This webinar, which originally took place on December 8th, featured three insightful speakers:
Kelly Marks: She had written the book ‘Perfect Confidence – Overcoming Fear, Gaining Confidence and Achieving Success with Horses’. Kelly had also jumped Grand National fences as a film extra, tamed feral horses in Namibia, and was a popular speaker on the After Dinner Speaking circuit. She shared stories of taking risks and overcoming challenges.
Daisy Smith: A winner of the Desert Orchid Working Hunter at the BSPS Peterborough, Daisy had experienced a riding breakdown in 2015, which led her to step away from horses for a year. She then returned to the sport, successfully jumping a 17.1hh horse around 1.15m courses. Daisy spoke about how it felt to hit a low point and what it took to get back up again. Sandra Williams: Often considered “the sensible one,” Sandra was regularly “in the field,” literally, assisting owners and their horses in achieving their desired results. As a mainstay of Intelligent Horsemanship, she consistently offered practical advice. You can learn more about Sandra and her offerings at https://www.hearinghorses.com/
