Hello There 

Some years ago …  Rosie Jones (now Dr Rosie Jones-McVey) was away in late December and she sent me, what I thought was the cleverest Christmas present – a YouTube TED talk that she knew I’d enjoy.  She’s always been brilliant that girl 😊

So now we’re offering you the same opportunity to make a friend happy (or perhaps discreetly educate them) with a couple of No Cost short YouTube videos. 

The full version of ‘Can Dressage be Saved?’  for IH Members only was SO good and we got heaps of praise for it. 

I feel some of the main points need to get out to the wider horse world.  So Abi did a shortened version that you can watch yourself and share (not only for birthdays and Christmas) as I really feel it will be for the good of the horse.

We have something else of interest …

When Hugo first came he took it upon himself to have a good chew of all the gates.  Thankfully, he’s given that up now, though Blondie has been known to have a little nibble if she’s waiting to come in.

At the time I got some Lucie brix thinking if he wanted to chew things he could choose them.  I also gave him a nice branch of which he took no notice. 

Meanwhile we have a shepherd friend here who got me to order 

  • 112mm Half Round Gutter 4mm in Black 
  • Impact Screws 5.0mm x 60mm 

And this looks a lot better.  Quite stylish in fact!  Just in case of interest 😊
