Hello There

I might be a little early for April Fools… but is it just me, or is dressage starting to look a bit like a joke?

Because if you’ve glanced at the headlines lately, you could be forgiven for thinking things have become a little… uncomfortable – for all of us involved in horses and the wider industry.

Dressage feels like it’s on a knife edge. And not just because of opinions from outside the equestrian world…

Because, if we’re honest, many of us within it are starting to wonder the same thing:

Is there a future for dressage?

So yes… this webinar falls on April 1st. But this is no joke.

In this powerful live discussion, three leading experts come together to explore what’s really happening inside the sport and how we can protect the horses at its heart.

Between equine performance expert Dr Sue Dyson, bit and bridle fitting expert Dr James Cooling, and international dressage rider and trainer Lisa White – they’ve seen it all. And they’re more than qualified to help us explore the question that’s becoming harder to ignore:

Can Dressage Be Saved?

This isn’t about stirring the pot for the sake of it.

It’s about asking, honestly:

‘Can dressage evolve in a way that truly supports horse health and welfare OR are we at a tipping point?’

We’ll be talking about what’s already changing, what still needs to change, and – importantly – what we can do, as everyday riders and horse owners, to be part of the solution.

No blame. No drama. Just a thoughtful, practical conversation that might shift how you see things.

As always, IH Members can join us live for free, and it’s £10 for non-members – with the chance to ask your own questions at the end.

So… April Fools?

Not this time.

If anything, this might be one of the most important conversations we’ve had in a while.
