Directions to Lethornes:

By Road from the M4 Motorway (London, the South)

Get off at J14 on roundabout go towards Wantage for ¼ mile and then take first turn left getting The Pheasant pub on your right and you drive for a few miles until you come to The Hare pub on your left and you turn down right into the village of Lambourn, you can go right through the village and over the crossroads and then you take the first turn left with the chemist on your left and the bookies on your right.  *Go to the end of that road and turn right, you are now on the B4000 going towards Ashbury.

Drive nearly 1 mile, go past the first turning right, go past the next turning right and directly after that turning look right and you will see a red brick house and in about 100 yards you come to the driveway and there are two big stone dogs in the driveway AND A HORSEBOX!  This means you have come to the right house!  It is called Lethornes.  If you get lost in spite of these terrific directions just ring 01488 71300 or ask someone walking along the road if they know where Kelly Marks’ lives.

By Road from the A34 (Oxford, the East Midlands)

Leave the A34 at the junction marked DIDCOT / WANTAGE
At the roundabout take the 4th exit marked Wantage
Proceed for three miles until you reach a roundabout
Take the 3rd exit marked Wantage (A417)
Proceed to Wantage (6 miles)
Proceed over the first set of mini roundabouts as you enter Wantage
At the next set of mini roundabouts take the first exit left onto (Ormond Road)
Pass the fire station on your right
Straight across the crossroads (Traffic Lights)
Continue out of Wantage, past Challow on your right
At sunken crossroads turn left (marked Lambourn)
After 0.5 miles the road bends sharp right, proceed up the hill and continue
After a further 4 miles you will arrive in Lambourn
Go to the end of that road and turn right, you are now on the B4000 going towards Ashbury.

Airport travel

If you are not going by car, the best airport to fly into is Heathrow, you would then get the Heathrow Express to London Paddington. From London Paddington you would get a train to Newbury and then another train from Newbury to Hungerford.
